New Year, New You 2018

We are excited to be kick-starting the New Year with our New Year, New You series. Spread across January our sessions should give you everything you need to kick off 2018 in the best mind-set possible.

Nutrition – 10th January – Ground Coffee Society, Putney – 7:30pm

Dr. Craig McLean and Dr. Ami-Bree Said are hosting this great session on how to get your diet in check and they have invited Rosie Millen,  Miss Nutritionist herself to come and present the session. Rosie will focus on stress statistics, how to stay energised Monday – Friday, how stress affects your energy, foods to eat & foods to avoid, meal and snack ideas, top tips for a healthy 2018 and then will finish with a Q & A at the end.

Exercise – 17th January – Ground Coffee Society, Putney – 7:30pm

Drs Luke Brady & Grace will be joined by a fantastic range of exercise specialists to give you their top tips for keeping fit and getting in shape in 2018! Guests include Lizzie and Stuart from  Three Zero 12, Harry Rowlands – former professional rugby player, renowned personal trainer and Lululemon ambassador from  Bandforce, Lawrence Price – founder of  Fa Fit Sake and we also have  Bespoke Fitness Fuel coming to help you with some tips for your diet when it comes to exercise.Here is the formatEach speaker will share their top 3 ways to either 1. get your back strong, 2. get yourself flexible 3. get your core strong or 4. get cardio fit.The Lukes will give you an intro at 7.30pm and then the order will be (around 10 mins each)1. Mindfulness & Meditation – 24th January – Ground Coffee Society, Putney – 7:30pm

Dr. Luke Brady will be running a fantastic evening focusing on simple ways to meditate and de-stress to begin 2018. He’ll be joined by Jason Pooley from  House of Yoga who will be presenting and holding an actual meditation for everyone to participate in so you can start practicing and implementing it into your daily routine straight away.
