Monday Motivation - October 1st

Good morning, GOOD MORNING!!

Woah, caps-lock got stuck there for a second, sorry :) Ah-hem… good morning...

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

— Ralph Waldo Emerson

I know, right?

Are you your job? Are you your relationship? Are you the clothes you wear? Are you the charity you support? Are you the voice in your head? Are you the version of yourself you want/wanted to be? Are you happy? When did you last actually ask yourself and honestly answer?

We all have roles and responsibilities, many of these serve us and others very well - some don’t. Which things would you like to let go of and which would you like more of? Be honest. Give yourself 5 mins today to write down some ideas (you don’t have to tell anyone!!).

But first, do this… breathe - a great little website that helps you do just that. (Headspace is still a firm fav of mine too!)

Lacking inspiration? Here are 19 Great Truths from a 90 year old Grandmother.

Help get your kids off to a great start by developing a positive mental attitude with this 5 minute Journal… I suspect lots of adults would find it useful, too.

I loved this conversation from my favourite podcaster, Rich Roll, as he dives deep into the headspace of humanity with Guru Singh.

Do a little good while searching online with Ecosia - a search engine that plants trees!

Have a great moment, second, minute, hour, day, month, season, year… life…

Big love,

Luke X
