Jack’s chiropractic journey began like many other chiros - with injury. Numerous sporting injuries left him frequently seeking chiropractic care for relief, recovery and prevention of injury, From here, his interest in chiropractic grew.
Jack completed his chiropractic degree at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in Auckland. Jack advocates that a concerted effort in preventative health care not only optimises current health and wellbeing, but is an investment in future years of continued vitality. His treatment approach is thorough and he is always keen to customise his skill set for the individual needs of each person in his care.
Jack utilises manual adjustive and low force techniques, soft tissue therapies, postural recommendations and stretches to facilitate spinal correction, from delivering gentle relief of the pain associated with arthritis to the more vigorous techniques required to treat the competitive athlete or manual labourer.
Jack also offers his knowledge and experience in utilising the effective and often overlooked modalities of joint mobilisation, musculo-tendinous manipulation, active muscle release, trigger point and soft tissue therapies, postural exercise and rehabilitation awareness advice.
